TERMS OF GOODS :
Commodity : Indonesian Crushed Steam Coal in Bulk.
Origin : South and East Kalimantan, Indonesia.
Quantity Supply : quantities ordered should be in the multiples
of 50, 000MT ± 10% per month for period of 12 ( twelve) months for each calorie.
Coal specifications : based on ASTM/ ISO standards as below :

TERM OF DELIVERY AND SHIPMENTS :
Delivery : FOB Mother Vessel at any port of Indonesia
Port of Loading : Open sea Anchorage, Taboneo and or Tanjung Pemancingan,
and or Muara Satui, South Kalimantan.
Loading rate : 8, 000-15, 000 MT/ WWD SHINC, depend on the vessel facilities.
Vessel requirement : Buyer to nominate a self-loading ( craned & geared) vessel suitable
for carrying 50, 000MT ± 10% .
First Shipment of 50, 000 MT within 25 days after seller receipt of buyer’ s financial instrument.
